Aside from a restaurant review, this dinner was also intended for a surprise celebration for our dearest Paul. :) Tiago's not only a perfect spot for romantic dates, but also for chill nights with family or friends.
Tiago's located at Sct. Fuentebella along Tomas Morato in Quezon City. This restaurant was named after the owners' firstborn child named Santiago, and they offer traditional Filipino dishes with unique twists.
Fortunately, the multi-awarded chef Kenneth Villaluz (who handles and co-owns Tiago) was present during our stay and he made us experience and taste their progressive cuisines.
Inihaw na Tilapia Roll
First appetizer that they served us was Inihaw na Tilapia Roll and it was surprisingly so so so good! :)
Tokwa't Baboy (using Pig Ears and Breaded Tofu)
Bistek Pancit
Pinausukang Chicken and Pork
My favorite from all the main dishes we had! ♥

Stuffed Pechay
Inside the Stuffed Pechay were pork and shrimps cooked in coconut cream. I'm pretty sure my Dad would love this! :)
Tinapa Rice
Tried this, too, even if I (honestly) don't eat Tinapa and it actually tasted nice! I liked it!
Fried Suman
Leche Flan
This dessert's never absent in any Filipino feasts or celebrations! Hey, who doesn't love leche flan?!
You'll appreciate Filipino food even more when you dine at Tiago. Aside from their superb and unexpected food offerings, the restaurant interiors are all so sleek, rustic, hip and meaningful. :)
Now time to reveal our little surprise for Paul!!
You're still our winner, Paul, and we're very very proud of you!! :)
Instax photos grabbed from big sis Ana
Looking at these photos made me miss you guys (and the rest of our blogkada) even more!! Hope I could get to spend more time with you, just like the old times! :')
Thank you so much to Tiago for having us!
Make sure to visit Tiago at 85 Scount Fuentebella St., Sacred Heart, Quezon City.
