All About Intimate Care

My closest friends and loyal blog readers are aware that I'm really into intimate care. This is one health aspect that most women neglect; majority are unaware of the need for a separate intimate care regimen. Thought of sharing some tips to help you get started (or continue) with this!

Choose the right feminine wash.
Since you're about to use it daily, your feminine wash should be safe, mild, and have the right pH level.

I use either pH Care (read the benefits here) or Beach Born Witch Hazel Wash (shop: beachborn.ph or at BeautyMNL).

Undergo professional brazilian/bikini waxing.
Removing hair "down there" can get painful at first, but it's very hygienic to do so. Make sure to ONLY go to licensed and trusted waxing salons for this sensitive treatment.

My personal favorite is Hey Sugar since they always give me a pleasant brazilian waxing experience. I have super low pain tolerance, so I can attest to how nice Hey Sugar's services are. By under 20 minutes, I'm all good!

I also love Hey Sugar because they only use organic and all-natural products. Certified no toxins - from their specially-formulated ethyl alcohol made from pure sugar cane, followed by cornstarch, fresh wax made from 100% sugar, then finished off with virgin coconut oil.

Wear high quality, well-fitting, and comfortable underwear.
There are several brands that offer good undies, and Wacoal is surely one of them. They recently launched Wacoal Mood in the Philippines, their new brand created to target millennials.

Visited their branch at UP Town Center a few weeks back and got surprised with their lovely sets - especially the Travel Bra collection, which features non-wire, comfy to wear, and ROLLABLE bras (without sacrificing its shape!)

Another nice thing about Wacoal Mood is that you can get measured so you'd know your exact size! Wrong size can hurt your breasts and give you bad mood!

Wacoal Mood is available at UP Town Center, Robinsons Place Manila, Venice Grand Canal, and SM Seaside Cebu.

That's it! Hope this helps you care for your intimates! xx

ARANÁZ for Plains & Prints

At this age, I always make sure to invest on elegant and timeless items, pieces that I can still use even as I get old. One of my go-to brands is Plains & Prints, a local brand that collaborates with top designers and style icons for chic and modern clothes and accessories.

Recently, Plains & Prints teamed up with ARANÁZ, another local brand known for its exotic prints and indigenous artisan crafts. ARANÁZ caters in and out of the Philippines, even to some members of European royal families.

The ARANÁZ for Plains & Prints collection is packed with laid-back and effortlessly elegant resort vibe, featuring eight (8) stylish handbags and seven (7) fashion pieces.

Got this dress and I can't wait to finally wear it! :)

You'll spot the luxury label's iconic flamingo, coconut, and pineapple prints into various pieces that radiate summer sophistication. All so pretty!

Best part? The bags bear ARANÁZ's intricate weaves, handcrafted using locally sourced materials.

Take a peek at their lovely collection:

Get a limited edition ARANÁZ for Plains & Prints Journal when you purchase one apparel and one bag from the collection until May 10, 2018. The apparel will be available in all Plains & Prints stores nationwide, while the handbags will be available exclusively in select branches only. Online, you may purchase from www.plainsandprints.com, Zalora, Lazada, and Amazon.

Restaurant 101: Fine Dining Experience for P440.00

Being big foodies, Deo and I are always on the look out for good places to dine at - from budget carinderias to fine dining restaurants. If you're following me on Instagram, you know my stories can attest to that! :p Thought of sharing one of our new favorites which has the perfect balance of affordability and quality - Restaurant 101, McKinley Hill.

Fine dining experience for only Php440.00? 101 made it possible for us!

In case you haven't heard of 101 yet, it's the application restaurant of Enderun Colleges (home to Southeast Asia's leading culinary center - Alain Ducasse Institute Philippines). In here, you will enjoy Asian dishes with the techniques of traditional French cuisines in an elegant Parisian bistro setting.

101 offers a 3-course prefix meal for only Php440.00 which changes daily, so there's nothing but freshness and uniqueness each time you visit. Certainly, you can hold your dates, meetings, and other special occasions at 101 without hurting your pockets.

Deo and I had these from our last visit:

Kani Salad (Appetizer)

Healthy greens with crunchy crab sticks, spicy mayonnaise, and sesame seeds

These were really good, I wanted to get another plate! Right now, I'm actually craving as I type. Save me!

Homemade Corned Beef with Warm Potato Salad, Horseradish Cream, and Glazed Vegetables (Main)

Name says it all! Not the pulled corned beef that most Filipinos are accustomed to, but these briskets are really delicious especially with those sides.

Mango Mousse (Dessert)

Creamy, smooth, and flavorful dessert to satisfy our sweet tooth!

Aside from the 3-course meal, they also have an extensive menu of appetizers, soups, main courses, and desserts available everyday. Would love to try out their Rack of Lamb or Beef Wellington soon!

At 101, one visit is not enough! Let their next prefix menu surprise you. :)

To reserve, call 856 5000 local 101. They're open from Monday to Saturday; 11:30AM-2:00PM for lunch, and from 6:00PM-10:00PM for dinner.
