I love immersing through different cultures and that’s probably one of the reasons why I took up Travel and Tourism Management in college. Back then, my curious self would enjoy researching about cultural differences and what makes a country unique. I remember I browsed about Brazil and figured that they’re famous for having the largest and most festive parties in the world. Coincidentally, I’m blogging about their upcoming sizzling Sunset Street Party at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center - the Brasilipinas 2016!
This September 10 (Saturday), join the festivities at Brasilipinas 2016 with your friends and family members! Experience how it’s like to party the Brazilian way. It’s surely going to be packed with music, dancing, and good food! The best part - admission is FREE!
People of all ages will definitely have a blast there. The festival’s gonna be full of samba dancing, poi dancing, and Capoeira to the lively beats of classic Latin Percussion. Eileen Sison with Guaraná, Escola de Samba de Manila, Maracuá drummers, Bateria Brigada, and Nykó Macá with French DJ, Dipolair will grace the event to perform. They will also be joined by their newest act, Jazz Dufourt’s Salsamba and DJ Luane. Plus freestyle performances by the Planet Zips, EBC, and Futkal Football Freestylers!
Parents won’t need to worry about the kids because the Sunset Street Party has also prepared activities that they’re sure to enjoy.
Come 6PM to 8PM, you have the chance to immerse through unique Brazilian flavors! Get to taste limited edition dishes from Grace Park’s Ceviche Trio, Refinery’s Conxinhas 3 ways paired with a glass of their Caprifuta, and Woodfire’s Brazilian Pizza and Pasta. Boteco Brasil also has special offerings so watch out for that!
Will I see you there? :)
