Ki by Neo Day Spa

Nothing beats spending the day with your good friends over a spa date! :) After being so worn out and stressed from (literally) everything, I finally had the chance to treat myself on a special soothing massage treatment!

Right after the launch of Tang's Karoling Flashmob, Christine, Ava and I headed immediately to Ki by Neo Day Spa located at Wilson Street. In a nutshell, "Ki" is the Japanese word for "flow of energy" - the source of life and where our physical wellbeing and spiritual contentment are built.

They offer various services like full body massage, body scrub, feet pampering and facial treatments.

We were supposed to have two treatments each, but because of rude cab drivers we're late, we only got to try out something good for 90 minutes. It was quite hard to choose from their wide array of services, yet after careful consideration, I opted for the one which I believe's perfect for me, the Qi Tranquility Massage. Christine chose the Deep Tissue Massage (suitable for her 'cause she's working out) and Ava had the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi.

Ahhhh!!! The Qi Tranquility Massage was sooo heavenly. No exaggerating. I almost fell asleep at my bed; it was really really relaxing!!! :) For people like me who aren't comfortable with hard massages, this is definitely what you should avail! Every stroke of the therapist gave me profound relaxation. Qi also helps regulate the body's energy flow and gives you a sense of total well-being. Parang lumulutang ako after! Hahaha! You can even ask Christine and Ava, 'cause I kept telling them that while we were walking around Greenhills! Lol!

We were served with hot tea afterwards! :)

Thank you so much to Ki by Neo Day Spa for having us! We're definitely coming back ♥
