Bo's Coffee Bloggers' Event

I've been seeing Bo's Coffee in a lot of different places already, but I really haven't tried there yet 'til their bloggers' meet up last April 20 at SM Annex, North EDSA. I'm totally in love with coffee, so you could just imagine my delight when I got invited to this event!

The bloggers' meet was held early (around 1oAM) and it was very intimate. I enjoyed the whole time knowing more about Bo's Coffee and sharing stories with my co-bloggers! Perfect way to start the day. :)

Ms. Joy Reynaldo (Digital Marketing Officer) and Ms. Anna Francesca Rosales (Marketing Officer) were there to give us a brief history about Bo's Coffee and to entertain our questions regarding the shop. We knew that Bo's Coffee started to be a small coffee shop at Ayala Center Cebu, and now they have over 50 strategically-located branches - Metro Manila, Tagaytay, Bohol, Cebu, Davao, Dumaguete, to name a few.

There's John, a co-blogger, asking more about Bo's Coffee! :)

The coffee shop, by the way, uses high quality roasted coffee beans made in the Philippines, so we're rest assured that their beverages are affordable and gratifying! They're also known for their "Just-Roasted Freshness" tag line.

They also offer a wide range of delicious pastries. Some of them are actually sugar-free (i.e. New York Cheesecake), so if you're health-conscious or on a diet, you can still enjoy these cakes! Awesome!

The team served us their latest summer drink, the Amaretto Biscotti. It's actually a blended coffee with biscotti and Amaretto syrup topped with whipped cream, dark chocolate drizzle and crushed biscotti sprinkles. It has an amazing taste, I tell you! Plus, you can chew the biscotti bits while drinking! Definitely my favorite from now on! :) Try it please!

Now for the pastries, we had the chance to try their super moist chocolate cake! It tasted so heavenly! *_* We also got to take home a trail mix of fruits and nuts. I heard it's good for those who work-out. My Mom tried it, and she liked it so much!

Here's Mr. Jancy Seva (Quality Assurance officer for Luzon) and Mr. Jojo Cayabyab (Operations Manager) giving further details on how they roast and check their coffee beans. Interesting!

The bloggers' area! See, I told you it was really intimate, and I loved it!

Thank you so much, Ms. Joy, for inviting me to this Bo's Coffee event! It was  so nice to finally meet you and I learned a lot about the coffee shop. Hope to see you soon! :)

Say hi to my dearest co-bloggers!:)

This photo's just too cute, it's impossible for me not to post this! *_*

Photo grabbed from John Bueno. Check out his blog post about the event here. Thank you, John! :) *Spot the colorful girl on the center. Fashion bloggers' represent!!! :p
